KLEENr Touch Services isn't responsible for nonstandard conditions of windows that will not respond to the application of a mild detergent and agitation with a window washer's mop. Removal of substances such as paint, stucco / concrete or adhesives, or the correction of existing conditions including hard water stains, pitting, etching, hazing or scratches, isn't included in our standard window cleaning service. Charges for these services will be estimated and billed separately only after obtaining client consent.

Special RequestsPlease contact us in advance of our arrival at your home with any special requests so that we can discuss any additional charges or time required to complete these tasks.
Appointment CancellationsTwenty-four hours advance notice of a cancellation (by phone or email) is greatly appreciated.
Liability and TrustworthinessKLEENr Touch Services is a fully insured & licensed professional window cleaning service which fully complies with all workers' compensation laws as required by California law.

Accidental DamageAccidents can occur. Thus, we reserve the right to either repair or replace damaged items. The replacement value of "one-of-a-kind" items must be adequately established prior to settlement. KLEENr Touch Services isn't responsible for damage to items where prior damage existed.
Cancelation of Service AgreementThere's no term to this agreement, and the services provided to you may be canceled by either you or KLEENr Touch Services at any time and for any reason.
