COVID-19 / CORONA VIRUS

Nothing is more important to us during these unprecedented times than our responsibility to assist in the safeguarding of the health of our clients and their families. To assist us in earning your trust, we've compiled our "Actions to Stop the Spread" (based upon the most recent State / Federal guidance and industry best practices) and integrated these actions into our daily business operations.

We ask that you please take a moment to review these actions. Upon doing so, we believe you'll feel confident that we're fully doing our part to help stop the spread of the COVID -19 CORONA VIRUS and limit its impact upon our community.

"Stop the Spread"

NO (Physical) Contact Estimates & Appointments

To help stop the spread of the COVID -19 CORONA VIRUS, we've implemented "No (Physical) Contact Estimates & Service Appointments." On the most basic level, this means we'll refrain from shaking your hand during initial introductions and maintain appropriate physical distancing throughout your appointment. As you'll see, through the actions we've listed, no (physical) contact is now integrated into each step of the process of providing the service you request.

Estimates for service are now safely completed from the exterior of your home without us entering the interior. And, upon completion of service, payment can be made by either cash or check left in a sealed envelope by the interior of the front door of your home. Alternatively, payment can easily be made online by credit card without us ever handling your card.

Exterior (only) Cleaning Service

As always, we continue to offer exterior (only) cleaning service. If you're not entirely comfortable with others being in your home at this time, we completely understand. Our exterior (only) cleaning service, combined with our no (physical) contact service appointments, are an excellent solution to consider.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Personal protective equipment (face masks, gloves and shoe coverings) will at all times be worn when we're working inside of your home. Each piece will only be used for a single appointment, after which they'll be cleaned and disinfected prior to reuse.

Vehicles & Work Equipment

Touch points on vehicles, work equipment and tools will be cleaned and disinfected throughout each day. Upon completion of each day, these cleaning and disinfecting measures will be repeated in preparation for the following day's work.

Daily Health Screening

Prior to permitting departure to our clients' homes each day, we shall pre-screen ourselves for symptoms of the COVID -19 CORONA VIRUS. This will include the checking of body temperatures as well observing for any noticeable / detectable symptoms of the COVID -19 CORONA VIRUS.

Appointment Cancellations

Twenty-four hours advance notice of a cancellation (by phone or email) is greatly appreciated.

Reporting Illnesses (Client Responsibility)

To safeguard the health of both ourselves and our clients, we request a notification in advance of your appointment if anyone residing in your home is currently ill or has been ill within the last fourteen days. In such instances, we would request a rescheduling of your appointment to a later date.
